These superalloys, or high performance alloys, are nickel-based steel alloys that exhibit traits that include high resistance to uniform attack, localized corrosion/oxidation resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance and ease of welding and fabrication.

bodies of identical chemical and mechanical properties are available from other manufacturers and offer excellent alternatives to the various brand alloys.

The corrosion-resistant superalloys are widely used by the chemical processing, aerospace, and industrial gas turbine and marine industries. Additionally, due to the their reliable performance, areas of energy, health and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and flue gas desulfurization industries are increasingly using them.

  • Inconel
    Alloy 625 /Alloy 718 / Alloy 600 / Alloy 601 / Alloy 22

Inconel 600 is a nonmagnetic, nickel-based high temperature alloy possessing an
excellent combination of high strength, hot and cold workability, and resistance to
    ordinary form of corrosion.
It is widely used in furnace components, chemical processing, food processing and
    nuclear engineering.
Inconel 625 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion
resistance in a wide range of corrosive media, being especially resistant to pitting
    and crevice corrosion.
It is a favourable choice for sea water applications. Applications include the marine
and aerospace industries, chemical processing, nuclear reactors and pollution control
    equipment.
Inconel 718 is a precipitation-harden able, nickel-chromium alloy containing also
significant amounts of iron, niobium and molybdenum, along with lesser amounts of
    aluminum and titanium.
It is widely used in gas turbines, rocket motors, space-craft, nuclear reactors, pumps
    and tooling.
  • Monel
    Alloy 400 / Alloy К500 / Alloy 450

MONEL K500 is a age-hardenable Nickel-Copper alloy which combines the corrosion resistance of Alloy 400 with high strength corrosion fatigue and erosion resistance.
MONEL K500 is a nickel-copper alloy, precipitation hardenable through additions of aluminum and titanium. MONEL K500 retains the excellent corrosion resistant characteristics of 400 and has enhanced strength and hardness after precipitation hardening when compared with 400. Alloy K500 has approximately three (3) times the yield strength and double the tensile strength when compared with 400. MONEL K500 can be further strengthened by cold working before the precipitation hardening.
  • Titanium
    Grade 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6

Titanium is considered to be one of the strongest metals. Its strength, heat, water and salt resistance, and its light weight make it the ideal metal for a variety of applications. These applications range from jewelry and dental implants to airplanes and ships. Pure titanium is strong and corrosive resistant. Titanium alloys retain the same strength and corrosion resistance, but takes on the greater flexibility and malleability of the metal it is combined with. Titanium alloys, therefore, have more applications than pure titanium. There are six grades of pure titanium (grades 1,2,3,4,7 and 11) and 4 varieties of titanium alloys. Titanium alloys typically contain traces of aluminum, molybdenum, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, zirconium, manganese, iron, chromium, cobalt, nickel, and copper.
  • Molybdenum
Molybdenum is used efficiently and economically in alloy steel & iron to
    • improve hardenability
    • reduce temper embrittlement
    • resist hydrogen attack & sulphide stress cracking
    • increase elevated temperature strength
    • improve weldability, especially in high strength low alloy steels (HSLA)
In the present section the focus is on grades and properties of Mo containing alloy steel and iron. End uses cover the whole world of engineered products for:
    • Automotive, shipbuilding, aircraft and aerospace
    • Drilling, mining, processing
    • Energy generation, including boilers, steam turbines and electricity generators
    • Vessels, tanks, heat exchangers
    • Chemical & Petrochemical processing
    • Offshore; Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG)
In most cases molybdenum is needed to meet the high end of the application properties, which is accomplished with comparatively small molybdenum additions. In fact, with the exception of High Speed Steel and Maraging Steel the Mo content often ranges between 0.2 and 0.5% and rarely exceeds 1%.
  • Niobium Zirconium Alloy, Niobium Hafnium Alloy, Molybdenum Niobium Alloy, Niobium Nickel Alloy,Superconducting Materials
We provide semifinised and customized parts of Niobium alloys.
Niobium is a rare, soft, malleable, ductile, gray-white metal. It has a body-centered cubic crystalline structure and in its physical and chemical properties it resembles tantalum. It must be placed in a protective atmosphere when processed at even moderate temperatures because it tends to react with oxygen, carbon, the halogens, nitrogen, and sulfur. The metal is inert to acids, even to aqua regia at room temperatures, but is attacked by hot, concentrated acids, and expecially by alkalis and oxidizing agents.
Niobium-tin and niobium-titanium alloys are used as wires for superconducting magnets capable of producing exceedingly strong magnetic fields. Niobium is also used its pure form to make superconducting accelerating structures for particle accelerators. Niobium alloys are used in surgical implants because they do not react with human tissue.
  • Tungsten
    Tungsten Heavy Alloys
Heavy metal alloys are pseudo-alloys of tungsten with a nickel-iron or nickel-copper matrix. They are produced by powder metal and sintering processes.
The most outstanding property of heavy metal alloys is the high density of 17-19 g/cm³. Comparable densities are only reached by gold or platinum metals, which are considerably more expensive. Other exotic materials like rhenium, uranium or tantalum achieve these densities, but are either too difficult or expensive to obtain, or they have unsatisfactory mechanical characteristics.

  • Nitinol
Nickel Titanium (also known as Nitinol) is the unique class of materials known as shape memory alloys. A thermoelastic martensitic phase transformation in the material is responsible for its extraordinary properties. These properties include the shape memory effect, superelasticity, and high damping capability. The properties of Nitinol can be modified to a great extent by changes in alloy composition, mechanical working, and heat treatment. In most cases a trial and error process is required to optimize these factors for a particular application.
